As soon as I was old enough to get involved in baking then I became an enthusiast. A sweet tooth had been inherited from my Gran.
Years later, as a new Mum, I finally began baking for a living and now appear at Stroud Farmer's Market on the first Saturday of the month & create cakes for birthdays, weddings & private events.
I develop all of my own recipes to make sure that they are full of nourishing ingredients which are processed as little as possible. Most of my cakes are vegan and free from the likes of gluten, dairy and refined sugar.
I like my cakes to be beautifully natural & totally delicious, taking inspiration from seasonal fruits & flowers to add the final decorative touches.
